Aperitif Catering was founded last August 2016 by entrepreneur Karla Zulueta. With a passion for entertaining guests at home and styling food, she started selling cheese and cold cuts platters carefully curated and styled with an artistic flair. She then discovered the culture of grazing, a term used in food preparation commonly found in Australia and from there the grazing tables were born. Every box and table are now served "grazing" style, meant to be for sharing with loved ones and guests.
